An EPIC noveltells a story of a hero or heroine who is courageous and valiant. The stories in EPIC novels are tales that stand the test of time. In these stories, we learn more about ourselves and about the world around us. Our youth ministry is striving to live EPIC lives. But one thing that we are realizing is that in this EPIC story we are not the hero or heroine. God is... We are also learning that when we try to write our own stories, they are often less than heroic. But when we allow God to write our lives into his EPIC story, he asks us to participate in HIS story. Then HIS story becomes our story. Our number one desire as the youth of Fort Worth First Church of the Nazarene is to take our place in HIS story and then allow that story to change who we are.
