Exams are administered for 7th - 12th grade students at the end of each semester.  A specific schedule will be published and distributed to students and families before exams begin.  Students in grades 9-12th are eligible for exemption from an exam if they have three or less absences for the entire semester and a 90 or better semester average for a given class.  Students are counted absent from a period if they miss more than 50% of the class on any day.  Students are not counted absent if they are on a school sponsored field trip or have a pre-approved college visit day.
